Dutch Culture Table
The Dutch Culture Organization toured Maakhaven studios. Catering by Haagse Hapjes. Refunc provided the infrastructure.
25 meters of dining surface. Assembled from scaffolding board remnants, donated lamps, and beer benches. Components designed for vertical construction and temporary festivals, repositioned for communal dining in raw concrete space. Mixed industrial fixtures suspended above create warm light.
Standard widths, modular logic. Surplus materials redirected before disposal. Euro scaffold frames structure the intervention, metal infrastructure becoming both table support and lamp mounting system.
Festival seating becomes studio furniture. Construction materials become hospitality. The setup performed its function, then disassembled back into components ready for next application.
